Challenge
Solar customers had no centralized way to track system performance after installation. EMI payments were spread across multiple lenders (HDFC, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Capital) with no unified view. Installation documents (warranty, subsidy approval, net metering bill) were hard to retrieve. Service and maintenance requests relied on manual follow-ups with the installer.
