A real-time, photorealistic 3D product configurator that lets customers design custom terrace roofs, carports, pergolas and fences while auto-generating exact cutting lists and pricing for staff.
Customers struggled to visualize how a custom-sized terrace roof, carport or pergola would actually look in their chosen frame color and glass or polycarbonate covering before committing to an order — leading to hesitation, back-and-forth revisions, and lost sales. On the production side, staff had to manually calculate cutting lists, aluminum profile lengths, component weights, and glass panel dimensions for every custom configuration, a slow and error-prone process that relied on cross-referencing spreadsheets and product tables for each quote.
