Sales agents presenting projects on-site carried loose brochures, printed price sheets and separate PDFs for elevations, floor plans and masterplans, making it hard to give a consistent pitch or capture a lead on the spot. Visitors browsing independently had no self-serve way to compare projects, and admins managing a multi-city portfolio lacked a single place to update media, brochures and device inventory across sales teams.
