A role-based portal for Maharashtra's DGIPR that takes advertising Release Orders from tender to payment in one connected workflow, replacing paper files and spreadsheets.
DGIPR issues and tracks hundreds of advertising Release Orders every year across print, digital, exhibition and audio-visual agencies, with each order moving through tender approval, document submission, departmental verification, hard-copy receipt and billing. Run on paper and scattered spreadsheets, the process gave staff no single view of where an order stood, agencies no way to track their own submissions, and finance teams no reliable pipeline of what was pending payment versus released. Delays in document verification and billing routinely stalled campaigns and created reconciliation headaches at year-end.
• Role-based portals for DGIPR Staff, Agencies, verifying Departments and RO Divisions, each with its own dashboard and navigation
• End-to-end Release Order workflow covering tenders, RO generation, document submission, verification and hard-copy tracking
• Document Verification and Hard Copy Tracking modules so departments can review agency submissions and log physical receipt in one place
