Auditizer's client ran fire-safety, 5S and ISO 45001 audits across multiple industrial sites near Pune using paper checklists and disconnected spreadsheets. Findings from each visit sat in binders or personal notes, so non-compliance items were easy to lose track of and corrective actions often slipped past their due dates. Site auditors had no structured way to capture photo, voice or video evidence in the field, and plant managers had no real-time view of compliance status until a report was manually compiled days later. Leadership needed a single system that captured audits consistently against a standard and surfaced risk the moment it was found.
• A mobile audit app for on-site auditors, with login, a home dashboard summarising audits, open non-compliance and average compliance score, and a guided start-audit flow.
• Standards-based checklist templates (IS 14489 Fire Safety, 5S, ISO 45001, EHS Audit) broken into sections and numbered control points, so every site is assessed against the same criteria.
• Compliant / Non-Compliant / N-A toggles on each control point, with a live progress bar showing how many points have been reviewed.
• Multi-format evidence capture per control point — photo, voice note, written comment and video — attached directly to the finding.
• A non-compliance tracking module that turns flagged control points into findings with a severity level, owner and due date, and rolls them up into a report.
• An admin/web panel with KPI dashboards, audit scheduling, template management and reporting, plus role-based access for auditors, supervisors and management.
• Replaced paper checklists and spreadsheet tracking with a single digital workflow, cutting audit documentation time by an estimated 50%.
• Gave management real-time visibility into compliance scores (92% average) and 14 open non-compliance findings across all sites, instead of waiting on manually compiled reports.
• Sped up corrective-action follow-through by assigning an owner and due date to every finding at the moment it is raised, resolving 37 findings in the most recent month alone.
